It’s important to put yourself first. Modern life, our jobs, the commute to work, relationships, finances, can all get overwhelming and stressful at times.
In today’s constantly connected world, it’s easy to forget the importance of making yourself a priority, of taking a couple of minutes everyday to organise your thoughts and find treasure in moments of quietude and tranquility.
Having some ‘me’ time will help you regain your energy and perform your utmost best in your daily life. So, however busy you may be, be sure to follow our top tips to reduce stress:
1 - Use essential oils. The foundation of our brand is based on the powerful impact of essential oils, working at a therapeutic level. Our sense of smell is one of the most powerful senses and has the capability to trigger positive physical and emotional responses. Don’t have much time? Place a couple of drops of our De-Stress Frankincense Pure Essential Oil on the palms of your hands or on a tissue, and inhale.
2 - Have a candle lit bath. Pour a capful of our De-Stress Mind Bath & Shower Oil to your bath and relax. It’s formulated with frankincense, petitgrain, wild camomile and rosemary to organise your thoughts and ease emotional stress.
3 - Book a massage. Having a massage is one of the best ways to de-stress. Our treatments combine essential oils with specialized massage techniques from both East and West Traditions, over 30 years of hands on experience, and are completely bespoke to you.
4 - Sleep well. It’s important to have good quality sleep. Before going to bed apply our Deep Relax Balm to temples and pulse points. It has the same formulation as our award-winning Deep Relax Bath & Shower Oil in a balm form (vetivert, camomile and sandalwood) to ensure a blissful night of slumber.
5 - Turn off all your digital devices a couple of hours before bed. It’s difficult, we know, but it will help calm your mind and get you prepared for restful sleep.
We hope these tips are helpful. Let us know what you think on our Social Media (not before bed though!)
Until next time,
