Our treatments are built around a series of nine journeys designed for you. Each can be experienced alone or with a partner/friend in our twin journey room. With all journeys we offer a complimentary light lunch, gown and slippers. Please allow time after your treatment to relax in the snug.

Bring back your radiance with this restorative comforting treatment. To begin, an all over olive scrub exfoliates the body. Then it is wrapped in evening primrose and shea butter to smooth and hydrate.

Spa Pedicure
Your feet and toe nails are gently submerged in warm aromatherapy infused water and then exfoliated. Once your toenails have been shaped and any dry skin removed, they are ready for a relaxing massage. This is followed with an intense foot mask inside warm boots. Your toenails are finally polished to perfection.

Intense Nourishment Treatment
This luxurious treatment is designed to rejuvenate "out of conditioned" skin with coffee body exfoliation. Enriched serums and body butter will envelop the skin to smooth and relax. A scalp massage will help dissolve tension and stress.

Fire and Ice Stone Massage
This deeply relaxing massage uses a combination of hot basalt stones and cold marble to help promote a feeling of balance and calm to the whole body. The stones are placed on and under the body as well as therapeutically massaged to help relax and restore tired muscles.
One stroke with the stones is like 10 with the hands!

Bespoke Face And Body Therapies
The ultimate spa treatment with bespoke face and body therapies. Following an in-depth discussion about your specific and immediate needs during a soothing foot ritual, surrender to your therapist and their knowledge as they intuitively respond to you with a sequence of face and/or body therapies.
​Detox Journey

​After an Epsom salt foot soak, the whole body will be dry body brush exfoliated, then enveloped in a detoxing gel wrap to help reduce fluid retention and cellulite. While you are cocooned in the wrap a pressure point foot massage helps the body to rebalance.
To complete this detox treatment is a relaxing full body massage. Our blend of aromatherapy oils will help the removal of toxins. The treatment ends with a detox herbal tea in our relaxation room.

The Reading Room Head to Toe Massage
To start your journey, feet are treated to a refreshing foot ritual. Then, using combined massage techniques, the whole body is massaged with warm oil followed by a cleansing facial. The result is a whole body treatment to relax and refresh.

Designed for tight, stressed and aching muscles. Whether from exercise or too many hours spent sitting at a desk. The cross muscle fibres massage will have a beneficial effect. A deeper massage that works right into the muscle to release pain and tension.
Oriental Head Massage
Head and scalp massage which uses a unique scalp balm to leave you feeling balanced and recharged.

The perfect journey for couples to share an experience together in our double treatment room. You will both be treated with a full body massage, using ylang ylang and patchouli mix blended aromatherapy oils. Your massage will be followed with a rejuvenating facial and to conclude your journey together you will be pampered with a frankincense pressure point scalp massage.
